Our Roots
Trevor Decker, a 10-year seasoned solar professional that has worked in many different aspects of the industry, founded Final Phase Energy. He is a North American Board Certified Energy Practitioners (NABCEP®) professional, and a licensed electrical contractor. He not only operates Final Phase Energy, he consults industry leaders to help support the industry and the future of quality solar practices. He has worked with some of the largest solar contractors in the nation supporting operations, pipeline management, procedures, and field implementation.
Trevor studied business in college and went to work at the entry level of the solar industry as an installer. He believes that having a strong foundation and fundamental understanding of what it takes to build solar will directly affect our customer's experience. All personnel at Final Phase Energy get field training and fully understand what we do. This cultivates a mutual respect for field and administrative teams to work together and provide top quality service to our customers. We are with you from the initial phase to the Final Phase and beyond.
Trevor is a family man and a local to beautiful Oceanside, CA.
